At Goprintee, every product is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect product

  • A product with a printing or manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing ourstore.careyou@gmail.com.

Your request should include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product showing the defect or damage

  • Photographs of the packaging, if applicable

After reviewing your request, if your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect color or product variant selected by the customer

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout

  • Minor color or print variations due to screen settings or the printing process

Refund Policy

Goprintee follows a No Refund Policy for custom-made products.

Refunds are only considered for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled products where a refund is determined to be the appropriate resolution.

Where required by applicable law, Goprintee will comply with its legal obligations regarding refunds.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified because each product is printed specifically for your order.

Shipping Availability

Currently, Goprintee ships products only within India.
