Refund and Returns Policy

 

At Goprintee, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read this Refund, Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing ourstore.careyou@gmail.com.

Your request should include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

After reviewing your request, if it is approved, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

Size Exchange Policy

Customers may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused.

  • The product is unwashed.

  • All original tags and packaging are intact.

  • The requested size is available.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise communicated by Goprintee.

No Refund Policy

Goprintee follows a No Refund Policy.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

  • Minor color or print variations due to screen settings or the printing process

Where required by applicable law, Goprintee will comply with its legal obligations regarding refunds.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted because products are printed specifically for each customer.

Shipping Availability

Currently, Goprintee ships products only within India.
